Notice  of Scarborough Players

Annual General Meeting for the 2020-2021 Season

Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 7:30 p.m.

Hello Members of Scarborough Players,

First Official Notice of our AGM

Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions placed on gatherings, the AGM will be held again online by ZOOM for all of our safety and well-being on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. Please mark your Calendars.

The AGM is your opportunity to engage in the work of this past year and be a part of moving forward. Our AGM also provides opportunities to meet and see friends and colleagues again and to renew acquaintances. There will be an overview of the past season and a view to the next season. Your participation matters!

Anyone is welcome to attend but only members can vote at the AGM. Remember, due to the loss of our current season, if you paid membership for the 2019-2020 season, it was valid for the 2020-2021 season.

All the relevant AGM documents will be available on the Scarborough Players website approximately a week before the meeting. These documents will include the agenda, minutes from the Season 2019/2020 AGM, the Season 2020/2021 Annual Report, the Financial Report and ZOOM guidelines.

We will also provide any information concerning critical motions that require a vote as well as information about those who wish to stand for Election to the SP Board.

There will be an election of our Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on the Board please send a note to Kris-John Kucharik at indicating your interest and the Board position of interest to you.

New members bring new ideas and are most welcomed. Information about your role as a member and the various Board positions are listed below. For your consideration.
