by Martin McDonagh

On the Island of Inishmaan off the coast of Ireland, there is not much to do. A young man named Billy who is physically handicapped, and abandoned by his parents, wants to leave. Everyone in the community, including his aunts, call him ‘Cripple Billy` and consider him rather dim-witted.
A Hollywood film crew shows up on a neighbouring island to scout out locations and hold auditions, and Billy sees his chance to get away.

Recommended for age 14 and up. Strong language and mature situations.

Produced by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service
