Book by John Michael Tebelak
Music and New Lyrics by Stephen Schwartz
Conceived and Originally Directed by John Michael Tebelak
Based on The Gospel According to St. Matthew

Presented through songs, games and biblical parables, Godspell explores the story of 8 individuals who are searching for answers in a fractured and fractious world. That is, until a stranger shows up and shows them a better way, and eventually leads them into forming a community.

Godspell was the first major musical theatre offering from six-time Tony and three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden); and it took the world by storm.

G – Recommended for all ages

Godspell 2012 is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com
